Introduction:

This role empowers you to revolutionize Card Marketing campaign validation by developing intelligent testing frameworks and scalable automation. You will directly improve the accuracy and compliance of marketing assets, collaborating with a wide range of business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Control teams to build automation solutions for campaign asset validation.
• Develop intelligent reusable testing methods and scripts, reducing manual effort and increasing audit accuracy.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys, actively identifying testing process gaps.
• Design dynamic checklists and templates tailored for specific campaign objectives and asset types.
• Translate requirements into scalable, AI/automation-driven validation workflows.
• Maintain regulatory, compliance, and brand alignment by partnering across departments.

Key Technical Skills:

Python, Selenium, Automation Script Development, AI/ML Tools/Frameworks, Campaign/Customer Journey Mapping, QA Automation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in campaign testing, QA automation, or marketing operations
• Advanced Python and Selenium scripting experience, focused on content and UI validation
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks for content/document analysis
• Strong analytical skills for workflow mapping and process optimization
• Ability to define test plans and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven track record building automated test frameworks in regulated industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or related (preferred)
• Financial services or digital marketing sector experience is a plus
